If you are talking about thin, clear shields by Medela we are talking about
the same thing. Says Pat -- and, yes, that is the shields we in the UK are
talking about, so all of our reservations/criticisms ARE about the same thing.

So where Heather sees the shape as unyielding (can't remember exact phrase) and
others see it as pliable, we are describing our different perceptions of the
same object.  Hope this clears any unnecessary confusion out of the way to show
that there is a genuine difference of opinion here!!
