Hi listmates.

I am working with Gail Dahl (author of Pregnancy and Chidbirth Tips)

She has put some breastfeeding advice on the frontpage of her web site
(http://www.pregnancytips.com) and I would like to add to it.

Though she makes mention of "emptying" the breast before switching her
advice is sound.

I have told her about a statement made in the Swedish breastfeeding video
"Breast is Best" (the one with the rose and the breast on the cover.). In
the video it states that mothers who co-sleep and breastfeed get better rest
than the mother that doesn't and especially the mother that formula feeds.
She is willing to add this information on her site if I can get her the
reference.

If anyone out there has a reference I would greatly appreciate it. I do not
own the video and have no access to one at this time.
