Hi All

I am considering leaving midwifery next year, and wondering how other IBCLC go about prescribing medications. Do we as IBCLC have prescribing rights?. In New Zealand midwives have prescribing rights up to 6 weeks postpartum only for antenatal, pregnancy, and the postnatal period.
How do otherIBCLC work around say a woman needing antibotics for mastitis?

Thankyou in advance

June Nicholls
