I am a hospital-based RN IBCLCand am interested in other hospital lactation programs and their staffing.  Particularly, hospitals who have IBCLCs on staff as well as peer counselors (paid positions), CLCs, speech therapists, etc., who provide breastfeeding support and the hours that they typically provide coverage.
