I hear you Jan. Between the hot flashes, having to coddle the old bladder
and sipping from a glass of ice water, I put in a solid 5 hrs per night. In
two 2&1/2 hr shifts. Usually up between 4:30 and 5 to start the day.

Wish I had a nickel for everytime that I rolled over and said, "Got it"
latched the baby on and went back to sleep. The best sleep of my lifetime.
