I thoroughly enjoyed this book, "A General Theory of Love." Thomas
Lewis, a co-author of the book, presented a session about it at each
of the last two LLLI conferences. I attended this session in 2001
and it was a highlight of the conference for me. Fascinating stuff,
and it reinforces all that many of us believe about the importance of
breastfeeding as a means of keeping mother and baby close.

It sounds as if Dr. Amini was a truly wonderful man. What a
beautiful tribute his daughter has written.
