If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  Who knows what a coated tongue means? If
the baby is fine and the mother is fine, leave it alone. The doctor was
right not to be concerned, but wrong to treat something that he felt was of
no concern. I can't understand this, to tell you the truth. I guess it's
just easier to give a script than to explain and reassure.
