This article appeared in the paper today. Those families whose babies
were permanently damaged by the artificial milk lacking in Vitamin b1
were awarded a settlement by the court. Note the waiver they had to
sign:
"The families were required to sign a waiver stating Remedia and Humana
were not responsible for the damage suffered by their children, and that
the settlement is a goodwill gesture on the companies' part. The
settlement also stipulates that the families waive their right for
making any future claims against the companies in relation to the
matter."

It makes me furious!! Anyone want to send a response?? These babies are
severely brain-damaged by this milk. Two babies died.
