Hello everyone! I actually had to build up enough courage to write to you
because this is my 1st time to do so. I don't know too much about BF other
than from my own experience with my 3 children. The longest one I BF was 7
months. I am a childbirth educator, an associate affiliate with the Bradley
Method, and a strong propagator of BF. I was asked by a group to be one of
the speakers in a forum this coming, Sept. 1, to give my remarks, comments
on "HOW THE PHILIPPINES COULD INCREASE BF AMOUNG MOTHERS". There are no
strong, active BF support groups that I known of here. I would relly like to
help. In the forum will be a representative from the Dept. of Health (gov't
sector), the hospital sector (OB's and Pedia's), etc. will be there. I have
a few thoughts from a mother's perspective. Could anyone give me their
suggestions/comments/experience?
