no, discrimination is what we have now . . . NO incentives for breastfeeding,
and no coverage for supportive services need to foster successful
breastfeeding. a typical story is that a parent has a child who cannot
tolerate any form of ABM, the child sees endless specialists, has numerous
tests, finally ends up getting donor milk and is at last able to live, grow,
etc., and the insurance company, that paid for all those previous services
that "supported" not breastfeeding, won't pay for the donor milk.

yup, that's discrimination all right.
