Well I had just got off  the phone from my husband telling him I was acutally
leaving work on time (happens rarely) and the phone rings. It is a mother of
a 6 month old who had been bitten by a cat that may of had rabies!!! so she
said the health department told her she could not breastfeed for 7 days. I
checked in Lawence and in Counseling the Nursing Mother.  Does anyone have
any information??? I told her I would call her in the am. She is currently
handpumping and is desperate to continue to breastfeed.
