Hi Regina,
Safety data on Garcinia camogia shows that it is fairly safe, but also
has limited efficacy in short-term weight loss. Short list of studies
below, not in any specific order.

I know it is never good for a mother to do anything drastic with her weight when nursing a baby, but I was wondering if it was safe. The baby has no health problems and is 8 months old. Mom is back to work and is nursing twice a day.
