I so totally agree with Susan about being tired of getting moms/babies with problems that should have been recognized at the outset or shortly thereafter.  And I liked reading about other cases where scales have been helpful.  Don't think I don't lend my scale out, I do.  It's just that frequent total weights has worked for me so far and maybe someday soon I'll be doing a pre and post weight :-)  Thanks to all.  Pat in SNJ
