Yep, the code is for working mums (and btw, the code does not deal with the
issue of group demonstration of bottle feeding- it's other policies like
that associated with BFHI).
Mum's who need to be able to give their babies milk other than via the
breast need one-on-one teaching on how to do that. It's not complicated. If
mums who can't pay are without any help then that's a system in need of
change.
