Anne has asked about giving mothers a simple chart to log wet diapers and
bowel movements. I have put one of these together and have been using it for a
long time. It is modeled after many of the other ones being used around the
US. We started using this when hospital stays dropped to 24 hours. It contains
some simple instructions and checks to see if everything is going all right.
