We discussed this briefly about a year ago.  There was a post of a newspaper
article where a mother of a baby with chylo arranged to have her breastmilk
made into skim milk, and then the appropriate/acceptable fatty acids were then
added back to the milk.
Nursing at the breast _is_ contraindicated; modified breastmilk might be an
option.
