At almost 36 yrs young I delivered and my first child and nursed through 30 weeks of my next pregnancy and then delivered c-sec full term beautiful, identical twin boys.  At the time I never shared my nursing "secret" with my OB knowing full well I'd receive great admonition etc, etc, etc. because I'd been told at every OB visit not to hold/pick-up my daughter whilst pregnant!!!
