Yes!

This brochure manages to be entertaining while it encourages moms to continue to breastfeed (or even
relactate) when faced with unsafe drinking water, poor diet, psychological stress, etc that may accompany
natural or man-made disasters. From the introduction:

> This booklet is written for you who want the best for your baby during an emergency situation.
> .... your breast milk should still be a significant source of nourishment well into the second year of life.
> If you have stopped giving your baby breast milk, or even if you have never tried to breastfeed,
remember that it is never too late to start breastfeeding.
> This booklet will help you to feed your baby safely and properly, and to get your milk back if you have stopped breastfeeding.

Great application! Let us hear what your local Public Health Dept says.
