Yes, Morgan, I agree with you.
As much as I comment Nikki for her efforts not to get angry and remain 
compassionate, I do think that anger is due here, for the reasons Morgan 
mentioned.

I once read a very good remark that I have safely stored somewhere in my 
memory, because I've come to realize that it often fits me:

"Anger not only points the finger; it also points the way."

It points the way to where the injustice is, to where harm is being done, to 
where a situation drastically needs improvement.
The language we use plays an important role in all that, which is why I 
entered another editing project recently.
The anger I feel on reading certain lines, points me to where the underlying 
statement or attitude goes wrong.
Ignorance can be very dangerous and not knowing or understanding the essence 
of the 'business' you're in is wrong in my book.
Either stand the heat of acquiring the essential knowledge or skills or get 
out of the kitchen as soon as you can.
