I was doing a search last night for a research paper on this topic.

Sorry to report other than the BFAR email group and sites I did not come up with much. I was specifically looking for references to breast surgery AND 'rusty pipe syndrome'.

I DID find a small page of a MD plastic surgeon that does answer that question with his own personal opinion and misinformation that includes this statement:

>>>>>"Some women are unable to breast feed and breast augmentation will not >>>>>change this situation"

Perhaps he is sitting on a wealth of little known information. If you want to visit his site, it is at http://www.phudson.com/BAM/FAQ/feeding.html
