Today went into the local big baby store in our area to see what was out
there these days. I was dismayed to find one of the larger pump companies was
now marketing shields directly to the moms. No clear guidance in terms of
what the sizing meant and only towards the very bottom on the back did it say
to use under the guidance of a professional. I wish I had looked more closely
at the front of the packaging to see "why you should buy it." I was just
taken back by seeing them in the store at all. Is this common all over now?
