Of particular interest was this:
Dr. Goodwin then interviews psychiatrist Joseph Hibbeln, MD, who is also a
lipid biologist and Chief of the Outpatient Clinic at the National Institute
on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Dr. Hibbeln discusses his discovery of a
surprising link between omega-3 fatty acids and PPD -- the higher the rate
of omega-3 fatty acid consumption, the lower the incidence of PPD.
