For all those who assisted me in compiling "absurd reasons" for weaning,
thanks.  The lecture went ok, not too much you can tell a group of
medical people about diseases other than a yes or no and
providing the rational for it, so the "absurd reasons" livened up the
group and the lecture.  Ann
