Pat,

The mom did have a couple of days of engorgement and pumped for comfort after
some feedings. This mom originallly talked to me after a prenatal
breastfeeding class about how she was having difficulty finding a bra because
she was a triple A. She did notice areola and nipple darkening but not a lot
of size changing until after delivery. I don't know her size now but she was
able to find a bra and was very pleased with the results. If you have any
references on cranial massage I would appreciate them. I'm not familiar with
this intervention.
