I've never BF my children in public!!!  And I won't ever take hormones to do
it either!!!! Yippe HahHah

Now on the serious side: BF & Dentists have a common public image problem.

Dentists have for years grinned and taken it on the chin in
advertising....because they are easy "negative" material. Who hasn't heard an
add that starts out: "Isn't that easier than going to the dentist". I foresee
this negative attitude being reversed when people and MDs!!!!!!! realize what
the literature already shows...and that is that dental treatment (hated as it
is from earlier froms of painful treatment) improves health and extends
life...maybe even by as much as 10 years---so well observed by Dr. Mayo.
When MDs learn the kinds of medical effects (asthma, ear disease,
cardiovascular) that come from jaw treatment they will be breaking down the
doors to try to learn jaw treatment...and/or hire or work with dentists--whom
they seem to loathe.

BF now has the similar problem...people perception. check out the new movie:
Me, Myself & Irene....and see 1st the men google at a "mother's" breasts as
she leans over in front of the barber shop [the sexual breast connection will
NOT end], then 2nd see that same mom later BFing rather descreetly on a bench
by the street one moment...then in the next shot....see Jim Carey latched
onto mom suckling for a few seconds...and then watch him drive away with a
milk mustach.

Positive or negative public image of BF...YOU BE THE JUDGE.

But I suggest again, you MUST place you efforts on showing the unique
BENEFITS of discreet BF over FF, and/or the negatives of FF over BF...and
leave your boasting of where you BF to LACTNET!  Otherwise, expect more
movies like this one or even worse....one like the DENTISTS where maybe the
infant dies WHILE at the breast during active BF....yes that has been well
recorded in the literature!!!!
