I agree, Sharon. Let's be professional and respectful. There are ways of 
expressing our concerns which remain open to dialogue and change. If you 
cannot imagine saying the things you need to say *in this way* to a 
person, or if you don't see any possibility of changing your position if 
you had more information (or even having a discussion), then take a 
breath and think about a time you didn't have a chance to speak your own 
truth. There's always a way of phrasing things to learn more and to 
bring all people involved to a better place.
