bummer about the social services/doc advice - dicloxacillin should be
no problem for the 17 month old - neither should metronodizole;  many
doctors refuse to prescribe metronidazole for pregnant/nursing women
since it's suspected to be a teratogen- but of course, the birth
defects its associated with are long past worry for a 17 month old.
the real question is why the emergent need for acne rosacea treatment?
 this is usually a cosmetic problem - can the treatment wait?
