I am having difficulty searching the archives for anything relating
to the role of lactose in infant development.
The question has arisen re: the over-prescription
oflactose-free formula and whether depriving the infant
of lactose, which is high in breastmilk, affects neural,
digestive, muscle, etc development in infants. If anyone has
info/research on this, I'd appreciate it, as searching lactose
in lactnet crashes my email program due to CRITICAL LACK OF MEMORY!

please email me direct as i have had to go nomail for the time
being.

I am also experimenting with adding "linebreaks" to my letters
as my host thinks my lines are too long for lactnets formats,
which may be why my letters get so chopped up and use so much
space--if it makes it worse i am sure you will let me know.

apologies, Frances [log in to unmask]
