**And what about the hot steam at the end of the dish washer cycle...? I 
thought this was a much better way of cleaning stuff than with soapy water 
by hand, because you will never have the water as hot as the steam at the 
end of the cycle. I think this was even tested: best results in the dish 
washer (would't know straight away where to find the research...). Any 
wisdom on this...?
