Trouble is Patricia if research/case studies are not in something that is
serachable on Medline (PubMed) or CINAHL then it almost may as well not be
there because people can't find it. Publishing a paper is daunting to start
with (it took some bullying from one of my PhD supervisors to get me to do
my first one) but when it comes down to it it is not that difficult. Lots of
places (incl JHL) accept single case studies and if you've learnt something
from a case it is worth publishing about it because others cannot benefit
from your experience if it is never published.
