It is possible that chlorpromazine might cause some sleepiness in the
baby, but not in the usual doses of chlorpromazine used to increase milk
supply.  It is not contraindicated for nursing mothers.  The baby will
get some though.

It is a dopamine antagonist, like metoclopramide (Reglan) and
domperidone (Motilium), but with more side effects for the mother.
