I heard of - but did not see - one anorexic mom who also had a baby that was
extremely FTT.  It turns out that she wasn't feeding the baby very often.
Not only did she have a problem seeing her body for what it truly was, she
also didn't see that her baby had a problem.  By the way the baby was a girl
and she was concerned that the baby was too fat.
