I don't think the baby is likely to reject the wonderful experience of
being at the breast, even if s/he gets the shot while at the breast,
although the thought did cross my mind, but the other anecdotes have
changed my
mind, and furthermore, this reminds of my newborn nephew who needed suck
retraining (about seven years ago....), and would push me away (after he
graduated from suck training school) but never rejected his mother who
had also done the suck training when I wasn't there which of course was
most of the time.... I used to wonder about that....
