I got my hours to sit for the exam:

as a LLL Leader

teaching breastfeeding and parenting classes at a home for pregnant teens
(run by Catholic Charities) and

working as a Home/Hospital Teacher (for my states' Dept of Ed) dealing
primarily with pregnant and parenting teens.
