I am a women's nurse practitioner (women's health) who just recertified as
an IBCLC by exam after 10 years.  I've been a long-time reader of Lactnet &
now have a question which is forcing me out of the closet.  Does anyone
know of a source for larger-sized nipple shields?  I have checked the usual
suppliers--Medela's newborn and regular, Avent's contact, Hollister, etc.
as well as Kittie Franz's product guide.  There doesn't seem to be much
available for the woman with a large diameter nipple base.  The smaller
ones are painful and ineffective.   Any help would be appreciated.
