I would use over the counter meds (OTC). In a clean container or saucer, one
can mix a small amount of strongest OTC cortisone cream, a small amount of
OTC antibiotic ointment (neosporin, polysporin), and a small amount of OTC
antifungal cream or ointment (like lotrimin AF). Then use a clean cotton
tipped applicator (like Q tip brand) to mix it around and apply to nipples.
