Does anyone have any other ideas for getting a baby latched to a breast
that's pretty tight with adhesions around the nipple (besides the Hoffman
Technique)? We have a baby that is very vigorous, will suck anything
(including the wall if we let her) and Mom has gallons of colostrum. Feeding
is not the prpoblem. The latch is.

She can draw the nipple into a nipple shield with no difficulty and is using
the pump before each feeding to draw the nipples out. Any extra help would be
really appreciated. Thanks very much gang!!
