Mom with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis has beenprescribed prednisone 20mg for 10 days as well as Celebrex for a flare up.  Anyone have experience with high dose steroids short term in a nursing mother.  Baby is 9 months old nursing approx 4 times a day.  Discussions about Enbrel are also underway.  Any input greatly appreciated
