I'm a bit behind on reading posts but Mary's discussion of therapy hit a
chord.  I think the real reason so many docs are so happy to write
scrips is that insurances give them so much trouble with the therapy
part, which is more expensive.  Plus, most of them only pay for a
limited number of sessions, 20 in some cases, which is probably not
enough to accomplish a great deal.
