No reason (AFAIK) why veganism of itself would pre-dispose to poor milk
supply - why would it?  Has anyone seen this baby feed to check latch and
baby's sucking and swallowing effectiveness? Pumping is never a good
indication of breast milk production.  At  6 days PP many women have
difficulty in getting much out, anyway.  Lots of skin to skin, bedding in
and  correction of latch, plus tons of encouragement and support....more
important than looking at mother's diet, IMO.
