My favorite high fat foods for babies are avocado, coconut oil (the milk is also a good idea) and flax oil. I will even suggest a green super food in some cases.  You can also spread raw almond butter thinly on rice cakes. Also, remember that food allergies and zinc deficiency (which seems to be more common than we think, and is more likely if baby is not nursing as much and mom is pregnant--pregnancy requires a lot of zinc) can cause babies to resist solids.
