Tammy,
Do a lit search for author Chasnoff, Ira. He and his group in Chicago have
been doing some excellent research and followup on cocaine-using mothers
since way before most of us realized it was an issue. They also had a warm
(not hot) line for questions regarding cocaine (and other drugs) and
pregnancy/childbirth, so you may find the information on the bf correlation
there.
My guess is it would be tough to study prospectively because there's very
little that would outweigh the disadvantages of the lipid-soluble cocaine
being gien to babies in breastmilk.
