I'm and MD (pediatrician) and I would be VERY worried about this baby.
 Sounds like the baby needs to be fed adequately by whatever means you can
get calories into him/her the fastest.  Might even need to be hospitalized if
dehydration is significant.  DEFINITELY needs to be SEEN ASAP!
