Today at my LLL meeting I had two mothers extoll the virtues of two
different brands of bottles they had recently used with their newborns.  In
each instance, they explained the aspects of the bottle that allow for easy
back and forth between bottle and breast.  It was like they had been trained
by the PR departments of each manufacturer : (

Of course I interjected both times, but the marketing is so pervasive and
effective!

I long for the day that the WHO code is actually enforced in the U.S.
