OK, and I wish that when wonderful policies re bf were finally written in
hospitals, that the staff would be required to follow them, just as they are
required to follow other policies, and not treat bf as something different.
 And I wish these policies were posted where the staff could actually read
them, not in the policy book.  And lastly, for this moment, I wish the
policies about bf were posted in every mother's room so she could see what
was SUPPOSED to be happening with bf.

Jan Barger, who, because of the BSC course, reads lots and lots and lots of
hospitals policies, and has yet to find many hospitals that actually abide by
them....
