Client (in Fredericton, NB, Canada) of a friend is expecting any day now.  Client had breast reduction surgery, wishes to breastfeed, but lacks the confidence, as hospital is stating they must separate mom and baby, and that baby must receive artificial supplements (client also has gestational diabetes).

Client has been advised to seek help from an LC and to look into LLL in her area, but providing her with actual names and numbers would help greatly.
