My youngest had this in reaction to the one ice cream cone in my diet.
Dairy.  She has outgrown this, (she is now 3) but gets the gunk from too much
dairy and more specifically cow. (eating red meat)  My sister has had the
same thing for years.  She does very little dairy at all and limits her red
meat consumption.   She does use tea tree shampoo to help wash it out.    My
2nd child gets eczema patches on her rear end when she has too much dairy.
(she is now 8).  Just a thought.   Lisa P. in MI
