Interesting! 30 + years ago when I was having so much trouble with blocked
ducts, breast infections and out right mastitis, I was also very "yeasty",
as were 2 babies I nursed during this time and had oversupply problems.
Antibiotics given sometimes, nystatin for babies. Which came first, the
chicken (yeast) or the egg (antibiotics)? I seemed to be in a very vicious
circle, that's for sure. Wonder if there is any info on concurrent yeast
infections and PDs, BIs and mast.? Would be a very interesting item to add
to any future research. Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
P.S. I did find bra type and lying down to nurse had significant impact on
plugs.
