Hi Victoria.  Thank you for posting this. I am planning to write an article for a site that I write on birthing issues for here in Saudi Arabia.  I'm wondering if you have any statistics comparing before and after the mandatory two hours of uninterrupted skin to skin was established.  I would be very interested in hearing more.  I think it is wonderful that this is now a standard practice.
