I agree with Pat--the disclaimer might be missed.  If it were me, I would let
the conference organizers know that I would gladly be available to speak at a
later date.  But, I would definitely NOT be willing to speak at a conference
where Ross Labs (or any other formula manufacturer) was in anyway
involved--even with a disclaimer in bold-black ceiling-high letters on the
wall behind me! The people who asked you to speak may not understand this,
but you will have sent a powerful message.  Actions speak louder than words.
